Looking for a new dining experience? You’ve tried a container cafe, a rooftop cafe and even a basement cafe but have you heard of a bus cafe? Yes, we’re talking about a real vintage bus that’s converted into a cafe and it’s located in Selangor! Bet you weren’t aware that something so interesting is right in your backyard too ?

For avid foodies and vintage enthusiasts alike, it’s a MUST to visit this gem as you don’t get to do this every day. Though the cafe’s situated in the outskirts of Selangor, we think it’s definitely worth a drive! Top that with their delicious food and an amazing backdrop, you’ll be having an amazing experience, for sure. ?

A little history about the bus - it was once the only transportation for the residents around. Until recently, the iconic bus was then converted into a restaurant by the good guys of Nightbus 127. They then renovated the entire bus by changing the seats, adding dining tables and everyone’s favourite thing - air-conditioner! ? There’s an extended court outside the bus where you can dine at, but where’s the fun in that? ?

Food-wise, this humble cafe serves a fusion of Western and Asian dishes. Choose from pizzas to pastas and grilled dishes like chicken chop. For starters, start with some grilled potatoes seasoned with some spices and herbs. ? Finish it off with the Matcha Latte that comes with a nice coffee art ?

If you're looking to have a hearty meal, have a go at the mushroom pasta! At first glance, this dish looks really simple but its true test is its taste. Sweet and savoury, it’s perfectly cooked and the mushrooms add depth and denseness to the dish. ?

For something truly unique, order the the Sous Vide Duck Breast! Inspired by a popular French dish, the chef ladles the duck breast with jam and whips up some mashed potatoes and refreshing salad. Simply delectable! ?
