Is there anyone who can resist the deliciousness of Thai food? Just thinking of the yummy flavours of Thai milk tea and street food favourites such as Thai green curry and boat noodles has got us drooling and ready to eat.

And we are totally excited to dig into some Thai food, because Tuk Tuk Cha, the popular Thai cafe chain, has just confirmed that it has been halal-certified! ?

Based on MUIS's halal establishments' database, all 10 of Tuk Tuk Cha's outlets have been certified, meaning you can get your fix of their yummy offerings all throughout the city! While the cafe chain originally started off as a dessert kiosk that became popular for its Thai beverages and desserts, in the last year it has expanded its range to include savoury dishes and food, meaning you can indulge in a whole meal from the main course to dessert and drinks here ?

Tuk Tuk Cha's beverages have long been its signature offering, including favourites such as Thai Milk Tea, Thai Milk Coffee, and also Thai Green Milk Tea. The cafe also regularly comes out with specialty flavours and toppings, such as its previously released Japanese Taro drinks, Thai durian beverages and Red Ruby toppings, so keep an eye out for more special creations moving forward!

Alongside its drinks, Tuk Tuk Cha is also famous for serving Shibuya toast - the thick, fluffy toast topped with various types of sweet toppings that took dessert-lovers (and Instagram!) by storm. Tuk Tuk Cha took this iconic dessert (which is said to originate from Shibuya, Japan), and put their own twist on it with flavours such as Thai Milk and Aloha Coconut. It'll be a perfect dessert to end your meal ?

And of course, we cannot fail to mention the expanded menu which includes Thai food favourites such as Tom Yam Noodles, beef and chicken Boat Noodles, and Thai Green Curry! While these dishes have become the popular items among the Signature Mains Tuk Tuk Cha introduced into their menu last year, there are also ricebowls such as the Tom Yam Chicken Ricebowl and the Garlic Chicken Ricebowl that you can dig into ?

So there you have it folks! With such tempting items on the menu, we are super stoked that Tuk Tuk Cha has been halal-certified and that we have a new place to get our Thai food fix ? You should give it a go and let us know what you think about it!
