5. TIP - The Ice Cream Project

Using liquid nitrogen as their weapon of choice to produce their freshly made artisanal ice cream, The Ice Cream Project is the perfect place to cool down after a hot day. You can easily recognise the shop with its swing outside their doors, located on the same row as The Replacement.

TIP has 4 signature flavours - The Original, which is their pure milk based ice cream; the decadent bittersweet Chocolate; Brownie & Cream, which is a real treat with fudgy brownie bits folded into the original milk ice cream, and last but not least, their nutty and sweet Butterscotch. They also have seasonal flavours on occasion, so do look out for it!

They recommend pairings of tea from Gryphon along with their ice cream, from the usual English Breakfast Tea to more exotic offerings such as Marrakesh Mint and Azteca d'Oro.
