1. T Bob’s Corner

A little bird told me that even the west siders are flocking over to this cosy little restaurant in the east to get a taste of authentic, hearty steaks 😉

T Bob’s Corner is known for their sharing platters which serve up to 4 people. The biggest sharing platter is the Angus Tomahawk – a 1.4kg beef steak which is sure to leave you satisfied 😱

The eatery has BBQ meat items too. Say hello to their Smoked Brisket ($36.90) – this 230 grams of beef brisket is cooked low and slow from 12 to 16 hours to get that perfect pinkness. Biting into this would definitely be a juicy treat to your taste buds 🤤 If you want to share this BBQ goodness with your makan buddies, then get their Ribs Platter ($55.90) – a mix of beef and lamb ribs caramelised in their house BBQ sauce. We’re pretty sure it’ll be hard to say no to this!

Other than their mouthwatering steak and meat items, T Bob’s Corner also serves up other dishes such as pasta, burgers and desserts! 6. The Halia

Nestled in Singapore Botanic Gardens, The Halia has hosted numerous weddings and private events. Known for its dim and cosy ambience, the Halia is also known to be the perfect restaurant for a first date 😏 After all, what’s a first date without a good steak?

The Halia offers ranger’s valley wagyu striploin and full blood Blackmore wagyu (which is offered in different grams), among many other options. All steaks are also served with celeriac remoulade, grilled Roma tomato and truffle jus.

If you’re coming in a group, do opt for the communal menu instead! It gives you a wide variety of appetizers, mains and desserts without having to break the bank. Be sure to keep a lookout for their Ramadan Communal Feast too!

From the same team that brought you 18 Chefs, this steakhouse serves up some premium meats inspired by cuisine from all over the world. One of their must-try dishes is the 1kg Tomahawk Steak ($12/100 grams) which is perfect for you and your makan buddies!

But if you’re looking to treat yourself, then have a go at their Wagyu Striploin Steak ($45) – this 200 grams of premium Australian Tajima wagyu goodness is the most famous of all wagyu bloodlines! Alternatively, you could also get their Premium Ribeye Steak ($42) or Filet Mignon ($42) which is cooked with USA certified Angus beef instead. This is definitely a treat that’ll leave you wanting more 😋

The Heart Attack Fried Rice for one is served with 200 grams of New York strips. But fret not, you won’t be getting a heart attack from eating it.

One of the pioneers of halal hipster cafes in Singapore, did you know that I am Cafe has a good selection of steaks and ribs too?
