A Refreshing Day Trip to Tambourine National Park This past weekend, we embarked on a delightful day trip to Tambourine National Park, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of nature. The fresh mountain air and captivating scenery provided a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. Our exploration revealed a vibrant tapestry of natural beauty. Lush greenery, colorful flora, and the gentle hum of bees created a truly serene atmosphere. We encountered fascinating wildlife, including sticky tree frogs and other friendly creatures, adding to the charm of the experience. The park's captivating creeks, rushing water, and breathtaking vistas provided endless opportunities for wonder and appreciation. To complete this perfect day, we visited a winery, reveling in the picturesque views and verdant landscapes. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience this natural haven. This is a lovely national park with well maintained trails. The toliets are clean and do flush. There is lots of seating and the grass is well maintained. The views are lovely and the paths are short enough to be enjoyed by many. The paths are very muddy and slippery when wet. Also some steep sections so not suitable for people who need support walking.

Always a pleasure to come back and do the hike. The views are stunning! The rainforest is just amazing!

The knoll section is an awesome walk for different spider species. I found what could possibly be an undescribed species of arboreal funnel web.
