If you are travelling via public transport, you can take 925 from Kranji MRT during weekdays. Alight at Kranji Reservoir Pk B. Plenty of wildlife here (eagle, birds, crocodile, 四腳蛇, monkeys), there is water cooler here too. However, no picnic is allowed here.

Awesome trails where you can encounter a variety of birds, monitor lizards, crocodiles etc., Nice place to enjoy with the family. There is one vending machine for food in the visitor centre but not sure if it will work all the time. Better take some food with you. But it's not recommended to eat on the trail as monkeys are there as well. You can eat in the visitor centre which will be like the midway of the reserve. You can fill water here and there is a toilet here apart from the main reserve centre. Plan your walk accordingly as there are only these two toilets as far as I know.

Totally worth visiting, the paths are well cared for and there's a variety of wildlife inside. We went on the first day of the new year and saw 6 saltwater crocodiles, a family of crab eating macaques, lots of herons and large birds hunting for food at low tide. It was a fairytale experience.

Great place for walking and wildlife spotting with ample signage and clean facilities. The visitor centers do a great job of highlighting local biodiversity and the ecological importance of mangroves, so be sure to stop in. Trails are well maintained but the Coastal trail is bit slippery so try to walk in the middle of the path. Estuarine crocodiles seem to be reliably seen here (I've seen them on the Mangrove boardwalk and Buloh tidal pools) and there are lots of water monitors, kingfishers and waterbirds to be seen.

April 2025. There's always so much wildlife in this nature reserve. Crocodiles are a guaranteed sighting during low tides. To get to this nature reserve, catch a train to Kranji MRT station. Follow the directions to the bus stop for bus 925( week days and Saturday) or 925M (Sunday and public holidays). If you are taking bus 925, alight at Reservoir Park B, next to Kranji dam. Bus 925M will bring you right into the entrance.
