Santuary of Truth is truly a masterpiece. A must visit if you are in Pattaya. I would definitely recommend buying tickets in advance. We bought it from the Klook website and got small discount. You can also buy from the counter but without the discount. A guide will accompany you through the tour and will explain the different aspects of the temple. Guides are available in English,korean ,thai, chinese,arabic . The timings of the guides are posted on their website. English and Thai guides are most common. Several parts of the temple are continuously being repaired and replaced as the salty sea breeze damages the wood. The entire temple is made of wood and the craftsmanship is on another level. The walls of the temple have several sculptures from Buddhism and Hinduism mainly depicting important stories and Gods. The guided tour is almost 20 mins but you could easily spend 1.5 hours admiring the architecture and clicking pictures. The visiting times are divided into two parts. The day shift is from 8am to 6pm and the evening shift is from 6.20pm to 8.30pm. Evening tickets are bit more expensive. There's ample free parking available and the best time would around 4pm as you get to witness the sunset.

The moment I arrived until the time I left, I was surrounded by architectural beauty and handcrafted goods. Despite all the modern buildings rising around the city, this stunning structure brings a touch of timeless beauty and meaning — something you carry with you even after you leave. I’d recommend spending at least 2–3 hours here to truly take in the view and enjoy the atmosphere. The guide was great too — unfortunately, I forgot her name, but as always, Thailand never disappoints when it comes to hospitality and customer service

The staff at the Sanctuary of Truth are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the visit even more enjoyable. While it's a bit pricey, I found it to be well worth the time and money. The Sanctuary of Truth is truly a fascinating and unique place. It's a living, growing museum sculpted entirely from wood and constantly expanding. This museum beautifully brings together the Chinese, Buddhist, and Hindu influences on Thai culture, showcasing them through amazing wood sculpture art. In my opinion, this is a must-visit destination for anyone in Pattaya.

A must-visit! The Sanctuary of Truth is breathtaking! Every wood carving tells a story. What made our visit extra special was our amazing guide, Pamela from the Philippines. She was very detailed and passionate in explaining the meaning behind each sculpture, inside and out. Her insights made us appreciate the artistry and philosophy even more.
