Lovely little paved predator free bush walk. Lots of pigeons and cute cat in the car park on the way out.

When you want to feel taken care of, while escaping the hustle and bustle, come and relax. Parking isn't always available down the drive, and possibly easier to just take street parking. Loved the food. Hard to not bring up the topic of Heavenly Creatures.

I always love returning to Riccarton House, which is where I got married in 1997! We had a delicious lunch, staff were very polite and helpful, and we sat outside in the sunshine. My friend who was over from the UK had a wonderful time.

A lovely place to visit and is close to UC. You can have coffee, sit by the river, enjoy some quiet alone time or hangout with your friends and family. The house is old but not eerie. Rather it feels like going back in time especially with the old growth trees. However, the toilet closes at 4 PM. Which is sad if you feel like relieving yourself while you’re there.
