Madh Island was surprisingly a beautiful discovery that I made. It was so clean and serene. I had booked a room in the Hotel called THE RESORT they had private access to the beach. The water of the beach is sooo clean and transperant, also the beach itself is soo clean. The food stalls are also few and good.
I recently visited this rocky beach, and I must say, it left quite an impression. The beach itself was clean, though it tends to get quite crowded on weekends and holidays. The entry is rather narrow, which can be a bit of a squeeze during peak times. As I walked along the shoreline, I couldn’t help but notice the stunning, high-profile bungalows dotting the area, adding a sense of luxury to the surroundings. It’s a lovely spot to unwind, whether you're with a companion or a group of friends. Watching the sunset here was truly mesmerizing and definitely worth experiencing.
Madh is a serene and picturesque destination, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with warm, welcoming people. The food here is delightful, and the air is refreshingly clean—making it a perfect retreat for those seeking a healthy, rejuvenating experience. While traveling to Madh might require a bit of effort, the journey is more than worth it. Once you're here, you'll find yourself captivated by its tranquil environment and natural beauty, ensuring there's never a dull moment. A visit to Madh is truly a refreshing escape from the chaos of everyday life.
I used to visit this place for the purpose of film shooting. Many bungalows converted into studio. Production houses hire them, build their sets, and shoot the entire film/web series here. I used to reach here by ferry from versova ferry ghat to madh ferry ghat. Auto rickshaws available in both sides make the travel convenient. You can reach by road also but buses are not so frequent.
