Jungle Gym Highland is an absolute gem for families with young children! The play area is spacious, clean, and packed with fun activities that keep kids entertained for hours—from slides and ball pits to climbing structures and obstacle courses. It’s well-designed with safety in mind, so parents can relax a little while the kids explore.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and they do a great job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety rules are followed. There’s also a nice seating area for parents, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming.

It’s a great place for birthday parties too—we’ve been to one here and everything was well-organized and stress-free. Definitely recommend Jungle Gym Highland for a fun day out with the little ones!

Huge place with plenty of activities

Great place for 3 hours with very affordable pricing. Beside play, there is also colouring corner and books for kids to draw. Nice.

My kiddos had a great time and how i wish i have this back in Sg, same price range as well.

Terrible Experience with the Ticketing Officer

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the ticketing officer during our first visit to Jungle Gym (5pm+ on 31.01.25). Our group consisted of four kids from different families, and we were trying to figure out the entry process. Tickets cost RM66 per child (1hr), and we were informed that only one parent could accompany each child. While we were filling out the form and discussing who would go in, the ticketing officer rudely interrupted, told us to discuss first, and took away my form while I was still filling it out. This was shocking, but we continued our discussion since there was no queue behind us.

We were then asked if the kids had socks, to which I answered yes. However, we were informed that parents also needed socks (RM10) and that we had to pay an additional RM30 per parent to enter—another unexpected cost. After deciding that only one parent would go in, we proceeded to make the payment. At this point, the ticketing officer again asked if the kids had socks, and I repeated that they did. Despite this, she instructed the cashier to charge us for three pairs of socks.

At this point, frustrated, I raised my voice and firmly said that the kids already had socks. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the officer rudely responded, "Why are you raising your voice?" I replied that we had already told her three times that the kids had socks and asked if she understood. The situation was so irritating that we ultimately decided it was not worth the trouble and left without entering.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, and we will never visit Jungle Gym again.

We had so much fun here especially my daughter, this is her first visit for the indoor playground ! Thanks to the friendly & helpful staff. Recommended to everyone especially for kids below than 4 years old ??
