This is the nearest bridge from my house Airport area ,,, every morning I pass trough this bridge I will got to see the beautiful sunrise,, which you can’t stop yourself from taking pictures of it ,, it just so beautiful,, it less car ,, just it’s quite long compared to first bridge,, it’s a good choice during the congestion of traffic on first bridge to use it. If you want to meet the sunrises go on 7 am plus and if you want to see the sunset go on 7 pm from mainland.. this bridge length is about 24km ?. But when night time the lights is beautiful when you are lucky

Ran the Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge during the Penang Bridge International Marathon 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience! The course is mostly flat, but the long stretches across the bridge make it both mentally and physically challenging. The views are stunning, especially as the sun rises, and the energy from fellow runners is infectious. It’s a unique and fun run that’s definitely worth trying, whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or just looking for a new adventure!”

The Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge, or the Penang Second Bridge, is a phenomenal experience! Stretching 24 km (with 16.9 km over water), it's the longest bridge in Malaysia and the second-longest in Southeast Asia. The smooth drive, enhanced by its elegant 'S' curves, keeps you engaged while offering stunning views of the sea. It connects Batu Maung on Penang Island to Bandar Cassia on the mainland, making travel convenient and traffic flow manageable. Designed to withstand earthquakes up to a magnitude of 7.5, it’s a true engineering masterpiece. A must-drive if you’re in Penang. Absolutely five stars!

This bridge is a behemoth. Had the great opportunity to drive across this majestic bridge. The drive was absolutely brilliant. The bridge spans so wide at one point you'll feel like you're just going over water with an unending road. It was a beautiful drive. You can pay toll using credit card, just be sure to use the credit card payment lane.
