The Halla Arboretum, is a serene nature retreat conveniently located near Jeju City, perfect for a peaceful walk and to breathe in the fresh forest air. Popular among families with kids, as well as seniors, it offers both short and long walking trails surrounded by a variety of trees and plant species. There are also indoor areas, including the Orchid Exhibition Hall, which displays Cymbidium Orchids and other rare plants, and the Natural Ecology Experience Hall, where visitors can learn about Jeju's unique ecology. If you're lucky, you might even spot a local roe deer, known as Noru here. Whether alone or with loved ones, it's a delightful spot to reconnect with nature.

Beautiful gardens and trees in a natural setting. Almost empty mid week. Walk up the top if your keen but lots to see around the bottom as well.
The Halla Arboretum is beautiful! So many different walking trails and different types of plants and flowers. The park was quiet and serene, a great way to spend an afternoon. There are also a number of restaurants conveniently nearby. Hours on Google are incorrect. According to english.visitkorea.co.kr, the arboretum is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
