The venue itself is quite impressive, with its cool and refreshing atmosphere, providing a nice escape from the heat. That said, it feels more like a one-time visit, ideal for families with kids or those looking for something different to do. Access is very convenient, with plenty of parking available, and the process was smooth—we showed up, bought our tickets, and went straight in without any delays. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

Pleasant surprise when we found this place online. So happy we made time to visit. This was my daughter’s first experience with cold and snow (they live in the Philippines) and it was a lot of fun for all of us. It’s a must try. Little pricey if you add the photographing service, prints and souvenirs but well worth the visit. The exterior has beautiful sculptures, the interior is so much fun for pics and videos and the walk next door to the ice cream shop and candy land make this a must visit place!

This is one of the coolest place to visit in Pattaya!! After an exhausting sunny day in corral island we decided to visit here next day,it was an amazing experience for us! Ticket was around 1200 per person with complimentary drink and gloves! Staffs were friendly, you can get your photos framed in a beautiful frozen themed frame with glittery snowflakes, that was the best souvenir for me so far!!
