This park offers a well-organized experience for hikers, with parking available at the entrance and an access fee required. It’s important to note that admission is only allowed until 14:00, so plan accordingly. At the start of the trail, there is a small store where you can buy refreshments and snacks, which is convenient for stocking up before the hike. The trail itself is over 7 km round trip and takes approximately four hours to complete. It is somewhat challenging, with steep sections that require a good level of fitness. Proper hiking shoes and plenty of water are highly recommended. The effort is well worth it, as the view from the top is absolutely stunning. Once you reach the summit, you’re rewarded with breathtaking scenery that makes the challenging climb worthwhile. The surrounding jungle adds to the experience, offering a beautiful natural setting along the way. Overall, this is a great trail for those looking for an adventurous and rewarding hike. Just make sure to arrive early enough to be allowed entry, bring plenty of water, and be prepared for a bit of a workout. The stunning panoramic view at the top makes it all worth it!

The hike takes about 6 hours…and it is gruelling. I have previous knee and back injuries so needed 2 days recovery after. Incredible views - even spotted a scorpion along the way! Wear good footwear, pack water and snacks, and medical supplies. The fruit smoothies at the cafe at the entrance are a great treat after! We started our hike at 7am so it was cool but light.

Highly recommend. The terrain is more steep and rougher than it appears in these photos however we passed by a lovely couple in their 60s who completed the hike. You will sweat a lot and be tired but it is so worth it for the journey and the views! The ambiance was so calming, the Jungle was full of life we were able to see a 3.5ft lizard on the trail!

Great hike with an amazing view at the top. The trail is about 3.7 km one way and climbs around 500 meters. It takes around two to two and a half hours to reach the top, depending on your pace. Bring plenty of water, at least one and a half liters per person. Wear proper shoes, sneakers are okay but avoid flip-flops. There are no food stalls or toilets along the way, only at the entrance. The trail is mostly shaded but can get slippery after rain. There’s a small rest spot halfway. You’ll need to sign in and out at the trailhead. Start early if you can, it gets hot and crowded later. The viewpoint is breathtaking and totally worth the effort. Watch your step at the edge, there are no railings.

This trail is quite difficult and requires a high level of fitness. Highly recommend a lot of water, electrolytes and snacks for sustenance. We brought 5 water bottles for two people and could have used more. The trail is fairly easy to follow, but there were some downed trees which we had to climb to get through. A lot of rocks, climbing through tree roots and clay, which was slippery at times. The stairs are somewhat sketchy and inconsistently have handles to hang onto. We didn’t see much wildlife except for a green vine snake which was obstructing the trail and we waited for it to pass. We encountered many people on our return who were already wanting to turn around 1.5 km into the 3.7 km hike, so ensure you have proper footwear. Hiking shoes or sneakers with good grip are necessary. The view at the top was beautiful. Recommend bringing lunch to recharge at the top before returning.
