Currumbin Creek Rd, Currumbin Valley QLD 4223, Australia
We drove all the way to the end of the street into Currumbin valley as the rock pools were crowded. Beautiful nature and very long stream so not too crowded even on holidays. Short paved walk so something for all levels of adventure. Many waterfalls to swim in along the way.
It’s a nice place. Easy access. Had warning signs as very dangerous. Nice to sit in the shallow rock pools. If game the big rock pool is quite big and deep but you can’t see in the water so check your surroundings and the depth first. People had picnics blankets and dogs. A bit of grass to sit on. Quite a bit of parking. Nice for a rock pool but I’ve been to a few nicer ones here.
Lovely place to visit with the family. Picnic area, toilets, and swim area. Had turtles in the water which the kids thought was cool. Great place to stop and have a swim or lunch. Date visited- 02/02/25
Free. Kid friendly. All ages. Fun, beautiful river visit. Pools for swimming, cascades / rapids, a small waterfall, and tons of rocks and stones to keep the small ones entertained. Parking on main road. Bathrooms facilities available and quite well maintained
Very nice spot, parking is super limited on busier days. Bring a blanket and a picnic and your set. The cafe across the road does amazing coffee and matcha and even has organic handmade food. Dog friendly as well
