Chin Swee Caves Temple is a peaceful and beautiful place to visit. The view of the mountains is amazing, and the temple has many interesting statues and buildings. It’s a great spot to take photos and enjoy the cool weather. To get there, you have to get down at the first stop of the cable car and use several escalators to reach the temple. It takes a bit of walking, but the path is easy to follow. Some parts have a lot of stairs, so it might be hard for older people. Also, there’s not much food nearby. Overall, it’s a relaxing and spiritual place. A nice stop when visiting Genting Highlands.

I’ve been to Genting twice, and Chin Swee Temple is definitely my favorite spot. One of the highlights is visiting the prayer halls which are quiet and peaceful, perfect for reflection or simply soaking in the calm atmosphere. The cool, refreshing mountain air adds to the experience, making every visit feel rejuvenating. Whether you’re coming for the spiritual ambiance or the scenic views, Chin Swee Temple is a must-visit when you're in Genting.

Such a well maintained site! Loved the care taken to ensure the access is easy as possible. Plenty of greenery abounds and we heard Siamang calling from the forests below, besides so many beautiful birds whizzing by. The only request would be to visitors to respect the sanctity of a religious place as there were too many loud and boisterous voices, besides people elbowing while running across for photos.

Based on the reviews, this temple seems great for praying, sightseeing, and taking photos. The nearby souvenir shops and restaurants have received mixed feedback, though. Some of the statues can be quite gruesom especially for children, but they tell important stories and moral lessons. It might not be suitable for the faint-hearted or sensitive kids, as the visuals could cause nightmares. That said, it’s definitely a powerful reminder to do good and avoid wrongdoing.
