Beautiful setting with stunning views across the harbour to Auckland city. A variety of easy walks are offered through the park, and we were lucky enough to catch a mini tour through the Sugar Factory (only $10pp) which was very interesting!

Beautiful walks, and not crowded. Just how we like it

It was a peaceful walk with few people around. I had fun visiting the Chelsea Visitor Centre and learned about the process of making sugar. There was an interactive activity room for young ones to enjoy, as well as a great café and public spaces suitable for all ages.

Good walks of various lengths and steepness. Enjoyed watching the shag colony. Cafe was nice at the end of it all
