Very pretty park. Lots of photo opportunities. I hired a bike for 2 hours and cycled around the parklands. Some of the road you have to share with cars, but they were driving slow and were very mindful of the bikes, pedestrians, and wildlife (lots of ducks and duckling ? super cute)

Centennial Park in Sydney is a beautiful and expansive urban oasis, offering a perfect blend of nature and recreation. With its vast open fields, scenic ponds, and tree-lined paths, it’s ideal for jogging, cycling, horse riding, and picnicking. The park is also home to diverse wildlife and dedicated off-leash areas for dogs, making it a favorite for pet owners. While it can get crowded on weekends, there’s always space to unwind. Easily accessible from the city, Centennial Park is a must-visit for anyone looking to relax or stay active in a natural setting.

Lots of activities for kids and for adults. $50 /hr you can hire 2 seater bicycle where kids can seat at the front so it is perfect for family of 4. For $20 you can hire bicycle as well. Their wild park is amazing for kids. So many toilets are around the park. Great spot for picnic

Nature’s Lover Delight, this park is a wonderful destination for birdwatching and observing various species, including bats, fish, reptiles, eels, possums and native plants. There is ample space to relax, practice sport, host a barbecue, or go for a run. Centennial Park truly is a gem.
