If you have a sweet tooth, you're probably always on a hunt for the best desserts out there. Well, we've got great news for you! We've found another halal dessert place in Singapore to add to your list. Say hello to Shubby Sweets, a Muslim-owned shop specialising in artisanal brownies, blondies, cakes and French pastry.

Yes, we can see all your faces light up ? Tucked all the way in Chai Chee, this hidden gem used to be a home-based business but now has a brick-and-mortar shop to call its own.

Shubby Sweets is a dream come true for all you brownie and blondie lovers, with their wide range of flavours - from Red Velvet and Matcha Cheesecake Brownies to Nutella and Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Blondies. Get them in a box of 5 for just $7.50 and you can even mix and match them. We're pretty sure these sweet treats would leave you thoroughly satisfied ?

Shubby Sweets also serves a selection of choux (French pastry) which are packed with generous cream cheese fillings and various toppings. They have different choux flavours every week but some of the more popular ones are their Blueberry Cheesecake Choux, Red Velvet Nutella Oreo Choux and Susu Manis and Keju Choux ? If you're lucky, you might even get to taste the more exclusive flavours like Gula Melaka Choux and Chai Tea Latte Choux.

The best way to eat these is to have them cold. You can (and should!) tear them open first and watch the cream cheese ooze out in all its glory. Nothing screams indulgence more than this ?

#HHWT Tip: Their choux sells out really fast so you should definitely head over early to get your hands on them!

Their cakes and tiramisu are also worth a mention. Sink your teeth in their Earl Grey Tea-ramisu, which is a slight twist to your usual tiramisu. It's moist and full of tea flavour in every bite, plus a slight tinge of chocolate on the top.

At Shubby Sweets, there's never a dull moment as they change up their menu every week so do remember to check their Facebook or Instagram page for updates. They only do takeaways at the moment though we do hope they will have a space to sit in future! But for now, if you're craving for some quality brownies or choux, you should totally head to Shubby Sweets for a quick fix ?
