Quite cool. most of it is like any other mall, but the top level and roof top is quite different. has a much more industrial style and the roof has a ferris wheel with cafes, restaurants and bars.

The Shanghai place for all cosplayers, anime and manga fans! Designated board game area, full of cosplays and manga themed stores!

Impressive mall. Two buildings and more than 8 stories in each to explore. Lots of activities besides shopping like jewelry making, rug tufting, dance class, arcades and VR games

Jing'an Joy City is a very busy shopping mall with multiple sections. If you are looking for somewhere to eat, there are many options here but you might have to walk around a bit for a free table. The place I ate was 拾八颠 (Baidu: 拾八颠老长沙现炒盖码米粉(静安大悦城店)), which is at the north block of Jing'an Joy City. The food was very good and spicy.
