This is my favourite shopping centre, it has everything and despite that it still evolves. It has a Cex, a gaming store where people can trade in and buy retro games and consoles. Recently an international candy store has opened up right next to the Cex, while expensive this candy store has never disappointed. I can always stop at the pet store to look at the beautiful budgies and they have both a separate EB games and zing. It has a target and Kmart as well as a Woolworths and coles. This means that you seriously can get any thing home related. Another recent change is that the Woolworths now use really nice recycled plastic trolleys. Finally, they have a bank , domino’s and entire food court with playground. It is a crime that every shopping centre does not have this many helpful stores and I wish the other stores had less clothing and more THIS. I have to tell you that I would’ve been taking about this place for longer if it wasn’t a review. Ditch the other stores and go to Helensvale, you won’t regret it.

I want to share an experience I had Helensvale Westfield that genuinely restored my faith in customer service & the kindness in communities. The staff didn’t just do their jobs — they went above and beyond in a way that was both unexpected and deeply appreciated. My son, who is on the Autism Spectrum; lost his doll Hemi. He was distressed & went to multiple staff members who all treated him with kindness and respect. From the moment he needed assistance, multiple team members stepped in with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. He was not rushed & they didn’t pass him along — they stayed present, listened carefully, and followed through with what they said, when it clearly meant going the extra mile. It wasn’t just what they did, it was how they did it — with care, respect, and a sense of pride. In a busy environment like Westfield, where staff could easily be overwhelmed or indifferent, team members Geoff, Cecelia & Chantal stood out for all the right reasons. Their efforts, heart & compassions for a little boy and his doll Hemi, turned a very stressful situation into the best outcome ever! I had an appointment for my vaccination at 1 PM, but I arrived earlier than scheduled. Ms. Serina welcomed me warmly, and the vaccination was carried out by the friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you, Serina!

I left a purchase on a counter in the food court recently. I realised this after a few minutes away from there. The girls at the information desk were just wonderful! And with the help of security team and the cameras I retrieved my bag. Excellent conscientious and dedication to service. Thankyou very much appreciated?
