Tunjungan Plaza is my favourite mall

I was just attending a wedding banquet at Sheraton Hotel which is connecting to Tunjungan Plaza 4. The complex is actually a kind of business center, as there are 6 malls in it. They also have serviced apartments, business offices such as banks, travel agents, foreign exchanges, trading firms etc. I would say, someone may buy, small things like needles or big ones like cars. Depending on what one may have in mind. If it was your first time to visit and you were unable to find the place/shop, they have the information center to ask. Some security guys can be helpful too to ask.
