She used to work at Citi Mall PVR, and she's at Dynamix now. She's, truly, a shining ✨ example of PVR's fantastic customer service. I've known Urmila for years, from my visits to the various PVRs, and I visit Dynamix, these days, mostly for her pizza! ?? Original Review: I like this theater; I find it to be a very luxurious, and a well-thought-out, space. HOWEVER, they DO have a tendency to cancel shows if they haven't sold enough tickets for it, and you're left with getting a refund for your ticket BUT NO REFUND FOR YOUR WASTED TIME. In my opinion, as a paying (and politely-behaved) customer, if you've sold me the ticket, you should run the movie for me, PERIOD. 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The cinema experience was quite mixed. The seats were comfortable, and the screen quality was impressive, providing a great viewing experience. However, parking was quite expensive, which could be a drawback for many visitors. On the service front, the staff seemed to need more training; they were notably slow in their responses and service. Additionally, the absence of trays made it inconvenient to carry larger orders, especially since the concession stand was located a bit far from the seating area. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, improvements in staff efficiency and service logistics would enhance the experience significantly.

Attended the Ballerina movie premiere at PVR Dynamix Mall—what a lovely experience! The ambience was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Had a great time with friends enjoying the vibe and the film. Definitely worth visiting this theatre at least once for a premium movie-watching experience. Recommended for sure!
