I can remember of this store in Seogwipo during my trip the last year (sept 2018). A saleswoman took care of me! She understood my need! She advised me and sold me a good product! She was really cute haha! Thank you saleswoman!

Tip: they do not do tax free if you are coming via cruise Bought a lot of trending Korean sunscreen and mask that my skin is loving it! Staff have very minimal English but they will help you if you show a picture of what you are looking for.

Staffs are helpful and cute, especially the female manager/team lead. She went out of her way to point to me through the window the nearby Innisfree store (since it’s not available in this Olive Young store). She also asked if I have Google maps so she can show me the exact location. Too bad I wasn’t able to ask for her name.???

Staff were very helpfull and can speak english....cashier even let me know about their tax free for tourist...just ahow them your passport
