I'm quite surprised by all the negative reviews this store has. We did not have any issues with our customization. Everything was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful. To be honest, we also did Nike customization and the quality of items there was a complete disaster compared to NB! Also, staff at Nike were extremely slow and not willing to help, so I would recommend choosing New Balance for custom items
