The updated store looks nice overall! Just a few suggestions: the mirror placement near the cashier isn’t ideal. There’s only one mirror, and it’s quite low—even at 5’3”, I have to bend down to see myself. Adding more mirrors at a higher level would make it much more convenient for customers.

I recently had an issue with my receipt for a Lululemon purchase, which I needed for the Tourist Refund Scheme as I am visiting my home country this month. Unfortunately, the scheme doesn’t accept online receipts, and I had accidentally lost the original. I went back to Lululemon to request a long receipt, and the staff were absolutely amazing! They were super nice and incredibly helpful, providing professional advice every step of the way. Thanks to their support, the problem was resolved smoothly. I am so grateful for their outstanding customer service! It’s experiences like this that make me want to shop here again. Highly recommend Lululemon—not just for their products, but also for the exceptional care they provide to their customers!

Nice store, quite big and lots of goods. With newly signed Frances Tiafoe poster all around. Hopefully they make more tennis apparels and not so plain looking in the future.
