Hidden in the basement of Landmark, Hypebeans is a coffee shop located next to HBX Hong Kong. The signature drinks on menu really got our attention.

I got a cup of Spiced Espresso YuenYeung (right) whilst my friend got herself an Ovaltine Espresso. We were surprised  by how big the cup of drink was! And we were really full after finishing the whole drink.

This Spiced Espresso YuenYeung was so novel and delicious, and it had a balanced flavour of coffee and milk tea, fantastic! The star anise added a hint of spiced flavour to the drink, which was very enjoyable.

Would definitely visit again to try out the Ovaltine Espresso and coffee.

imho, this place offers a very-well-curated selection items. But it's disappointing that there aren't as many product variations as I seen on website.

I love HumanMade!
There was a wide selection of items on sale, including those that had sold out in Japan.
The price was much higher than in Japan, but I found what I was looking for.

There online store is bad. They sent me a defective product and when I asked for a return for a full refund. They ask me so many questions and requested photos and videos. After I sent them everything, they offer a refund but minus the shipping charge. Why do I have to pay for shipping when this whole thing is clearly there fault. Why did they even ship out a defective product in the first place?

Purchased three Human Made tees in late November but disappointingly all of them were display items with no other stock available. When I asked about other sizes, they miraculously were available. To make matters worse, the shop assistant only packaged one tee in the iconic Human Made plastic bag, while the other two were just simply folded and tossed into the store bag. Only after I pointed it out did she correct this and put the other two tees into proper Human Made packaging. This felt pretty unprofessional. There was no smile and hospitality from all the staff too, quite different from the service I got from other streewear shops in Mong Kok.

We visited during Black Friday week, but there were no discounts on these tees at all. Later on the same day, we discovered that the same items were on sale at other stores and online! ?
