The store is in a great location. Belinda was very helpful. The store is nothing too fancy or over the top, just average. I found it to be a quick in and out experience. I was happy with my purchase. But if you are looking for an exceptional shopping experience, you may want to try a different Givenchy store in the area. I'm not sure if a different store would have offered a different experience but at this location I just found it to be very uneventful ?‍♀️. No fault of Belinda's she was great. Just an average store.

The best experience in Givenchy. Our sales rep Belinda was amazing. The store Director Jonathan's attention to his customers is simply at the highest level. The service, the chat, the alterations made were just amazing. If you are in Paris and love fashion definitely stop by and have one of the best shopping experineces!

Great store, great customer experience and the sales associate was very friendly and welcoming. She showed me all the bags I wanted to see, didn't bat an eyelid and helped me find what I was looking for. Store wasn't crowded, steady flow of people in and out though. Would go again!

Was helped by a guy with brown curly hair, super nice and accommodating. Pulled multiple bags for me and told me about each piece. Sometimes the staff in luxury retail can feel really pretentious — the people in this store were super kind though
