I was shocked and deeply disappointed by how I was treated when I attempted to accompany my young daughter to the toilet facilities. I was informed by a security guard that there was a £1 charge to enter, which I would need to pay even though I made it clear I was not using the facilities myself — it was solely for my daughter, who is a child and required supervision.

I was told she could go in for free, but that I would still need to pay or let her go alone. As any responsible parent would understand, letting a child enter public toilets unaccompanied is not a safe or appropriate option. I raised this concern, but was initially met with inflexibility and a lack of empathy.

After further discussion, I was eventually allowed to go in with her, but sadly it was too late — my daughter had already wet herself due to the delay and distress.

This experience was upsetting and completely avoidable. There appeared to be no consideration given to basic safeguarding or child welfare. I sincerely hope that management reviews this policy and trains staff to respond more appropriately in situations involving young children and vulnerable individuals.

This level of treatment was entirely unacceptable, and I would not recommend visiting if you are with children and might require access to basic facilities.

The mall is nice overall. Don't like the fact you now have to pay to use the toilets it's not like there are so many you still have the queue and having the toilets right next to restaurants can cause a fuss with the queue.

First imp thing is write down Toilet and washroom is for only Customers and hang on the notice board, otherwise charges £1. Arguments never gives solutions. Replied back because of false feedback.
