We had a great time! Staff, especially Nami San were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us all the information but didn’t pressure us to buy. Although the store was very busy, they paid attention to our needs and let us check what we wanted to see. They had a great selection of Hermes bags with great prices. Highly recommended.

Stopped by shortly before closing, and Kay was very patient and helpful throughout. The store has a strong selection of Louis Vuitton and Hermès pieces. Item condition grading was accurate, and pricing felt fair and transparent. Overall a very pleasant buying experience — would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience here! The staff never pressured me to buy anything and let me take my time browsing. I was checking out a Chanel purse to see if I really liked it, and even though they didn’t try to push a sale, they were very polite and helpful when I asked for prices. I ended up buying two items! I purchased a Chanel velvet bag from Brand Off Ginza after being told in-store that there were only two very minor areas of wear, which were shown and photographed at the time of purchase. Based on that explanation, I decided to proceed.

After returning home, I discovered a separate issue on the metal hardware of the charm — clear plating loss with the base metal visible. This was not shown, pointed out, or explained at the time of purchase, and it is not something that would reasonably be described as normal “wear and tear.”

I contacted Brand Off with photos. Their initial response dismissed the concern based on general resale policy without reviewing the defect. Only after I sent clear photos did they acknowledge the issue and later admitted in writing that this area should ideally have been explained at the time of purchase.

No resolution or remedy was offered — only an apology and a statement that my feedback would be used for internal improvement.

While I understand that this is a second-hand item, transparency is especially important at this price point. The disappointment lies not only in the undisclosed defect, but in how the matter was handled afterward.

I am sharing this so future buyers can be aware and inspect carefully.

3 story - first floor you’ve got everything like a market (please refer to photos), second floor was designated for jewelry and some mor bags. The top floor is the orange brand and mostly handbags. Their watches and jewelry were good!! The rings are phenomenal but there were people seating there so flip photo.
They don’t carry clothing at all that I could see so don’t be looking for clothes here.
