Nice wee parents/family room on the lower ground floor, with two chairs for breastfeeding, a change table, microwave and some books for older kids. Elevator to get down there is pretty small and can only fit two prams. The room is fairly small and there is not a lot of space for a pram.

Went in today to get a suit/formal outfit picked out for my boyfriend and had a wonderful experience. The stylist Paul in the menswear section was absolutely wonderful. I felt incredibly welcomed and he had great taste, as well as being super refreshing to be around. He picked out the perfect outfit and recommended/informed us of some amazing brands. Genuinely one of the best retail experiences I have had in a long time. Thank you Paul you were amazing!

Walked through the whole shop today. It was very quiet but not one staff member acknowledged me. Until, I was greeted by Shay in lingerie. She more than made up for the rest of the staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive, excellent service. Shay deserves 5 stars.

Last week, my friend and I visited Ballantynes Homewares and purchased a huge pot, and a coffee table. Ella and Tharushi were absolutely excellent-friendly helpful, and so efficient in wrapping everything with great care. We had been quoted for shipping but ended up fitting everything in the back of the car. We couldn't fault their packing-it was superb. Fantastic service all round!

A department store selling wide variety of clothes, appliances, snacks, and etc. very european style. A fire broke before back in 1947 that killed many.
