Jl. Sulawesi, Dauh Puri Kangin, pasar badung, Kota Denpasar, Bali 80221, Indonesia
Clean traditional market where you can find anything you need for your kitchen supplies. We shopped greek yogurt, fresh milk, peanut butter, fruits, vegetables, tempe, and some indonesian herbs. Price also affordable. Not recommended for car parking though.
The Google maps description said Open Air Market, but that is not correct. This is a huge traditional Market in two different buildings for stories each building with everything from clothing to souvenirs to food to household goods. It also has a shrine in every vendor stall, decent toilets on every floor, and rats. But it's so much fun to go shopping here.
best place to go when you want cheap and tasty night streetfood, plus a place to hold silly convos when savoring them. usually picked a savory and dessert then walked down the stair that led to the river. ambience was even greater the longest the night went. but it still lacks waste management.
Plenty of stalls of fresh seafood, fruit / spices & shops. You can find several wholesale souvenirs here if you walk around & negotiate with local tour guide’ help.
