햇살이 잘 들어오는 중정이 유난히 마음에 들었던 공간이에요b 소소하게 쇼핑을 하기 좋은 상점들이 모여있어서 시간가는줄 모를 만큼 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 송월타올에서 합리적인 가격에 질좋은 수건과 샤워타올을 샀고, 내미에서 마음에 드는 향기들을 이것저것 시향해본 후 괜찮은 향수를 구입했네요. 티사운즈에서는 동양차와 비건다식을 체험할 수 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ

I especially liked the courtyard where the sunlight comes in well. There were many stores where you can do some light shopping, so I had a great time without realizing how much time had passed. I bought good quality towels and shower towels at Songwol Towel at a reasonable price, and I bought a nice perfume after trying various scents that I liked at Naemi. It was even better because I could experience oriental tea and vegan food at Tea Sounds.

1953년 영도에서 시작해 대를 이어 리브랜딩에 성공한 삼진어묵 본사 바로 옆에 아레아6(AREA6)라는 재미있는 공간이 있다.
영도의 도시재생사업을 위해 삼진어묵이 설립한 비영리법인 삼진이음이 '로컬을 밝히는 아티장 골목'이라는 컨셉의 복합문화공간을 오픈 한 것.

삼진어묵 본사와 봉래시장 사이 6채의 오래된 주택을 개조해 만든 이 공간은 구조적으로는 사운즈한남과 닮아 보이기도 한다. 건축의 완성도도 높다.

로컬을 상징하는 몇몇 브랜드를 입점시켜 리테일을 일으키면서도 로컬/사업/지역장인/브랜딩에 대한 다양한 컨텐츠도 만들어가는 듯 보인다. 창업과 기능전수 등 컨설팅과 교육사업 쪽도 비중을 두고 있는 것 같다.

아직은 베타테스트 같은 측면도 있으나 문제의식과 방향성에 진정성 있음이 느껴진다. 특히 ‘지속가능성’을 염두에 두고 있다는 것 너무나 리스펙??

로컬 브랜드를 이어주고 로컬을 활성화 하는 거점으로 자리매김 할 수 있을지, 영도에 올때마다 들러서 지켜보고 응원하고 싶은 마음이 드는 곳이다.

☑️무엇보다 고객입장에서 송월타월 부산에디션이 무척 예뻐서 몇박스 사왔다. 가볍게 선물하기 더할나위 없다. 한박스 4개 구성으로 14000원인데 할인해서 12000원대 초반이었다. 부피가 큰것만 아니면 한 10박스 사 가고 싶더라.
☑️카페는 2층 하나지만 술을 파는 곳이 무려 두군데 라는게 마음에 쏙 드는 포인트다. 갈 때 마다 술을 잔뜩 사 오는것 같네. 부산지역 로컬 맥주들도 많이 모여 있다.
☑️주차는 삼진어묵 주차장을 이용하면 된다. 하지만 주차장이 좀 협소한 편이라 주말엔 댈 자리가 없을수도 있겠다.

There is an interesting space called AREA6 right next to the headquarters of Samjin Fish Cake, which started in Yeongdo in 1953 and has successfully rebranded for generations.
Samjin Eum, a non-profit corporation established by Samjin Eomuk for Yeongdo's urban regeneration project, opened a complex cultural space with the concept of 'Artisan Alley Brightening the Local'.

This space, created by renovating six old houses between the Samjin Fish Cake headquarters and Bongrae Market, looks structurally similar to Sounds Hannam. The level of completeness of the architecture is also high.

While creating retail by opening several brands that symbolize the local area, it seems that they are also creating various contents about local/business/local craftsmen/branding. It seems that they are also placing emphasis on consulting and education businesses, such as starting a business and skill transfer.

Although there are still aspects of it that feel like a beta test, it feels like there is sincerity in the awareness of the problem and direction. I especially respect that they keep ‘sustainability’ in mind??

It is a place that makes me want to stop by, watch, and support every time I come to Yeongdo, wondering whether it will be able to establish itself as a base for connecting local brands and revitalizing the local area.

☑️More than anything, from a customer's perspective, the Songwol Towel Busan Edition was so pretty that I bought several boxes. It's perfect as a light gift. A box of 4 items costs 14,000 won, but with the discount, it was in the early 12,000 won range. As long as it wasn't too bulky, I would like to buy 10 boxes.
☑️There is only one cafe on the second floor, but what I like about it is that there are two places that sell alcohol. It seems like I bring a lot of alcohol every time I go. There are also many local beers from the Busan region.
☑️For parking, please use the Samjin Fish Cake parking lot. However, the parking lot is a bit small, so there may not be a place to park on weekends.

영도 로컬 + 청년 창업몰 느낌으로 구성된 작은 쇼핑몰입니다.
이게 영도의 미래라면 영도의 앞날이 캄캄한 것 같습니다...

작은 가게가 5-6개쯤 있었는데 송월타월 직영점정도 외에는 매력적인 상품이 별로 없었습니다.
특히 손바닥만한 일반 복사지 5장쯤 반으로 접어놓고 3천원에 파는거보고 할말을 잃었네요

그나마 2층의 까페가 좀 넓직하기는 한데 음료나 디저트류도 요즘 새로 생긴 까페들에 비해 경쟁력이 떨어져보입니다. 화장실에 수도꼭지는 받치는 실리콘이 떨어졌는지 고정도 안되어있었습니다.

지원을 받아서 운영되는 업장들 티가 나게 일반 사업장에 비해 관리가 잘 안되는 느낌이었습니다.

바로 옆에 붙어있는 삼진어묵 본사에는 사람들이 바글바글한데 쇼핑몰로는 사람들이 유입이 거의 안되고 있습니다.

전용주차장은 따로 없고 다른 리뷰보니 삼진어묵 주차장 이용하면 된다고 하긴하는데 삼진어묵 주차장 자리 없습니다. 그 옆의 봉래시장 공영주차장에 주차해야 합니다. (거기다 오늘은 운영도 안하고 있었음)

MD구성을 좀 다시하던가 물건을 좀 다양하게 준비해놔야 할 것 같습니다.

There were about 5-6 small stores, but other than the directly managed Songwol Towel store, they didn't have many attractive products.

The cafe on the second floor is somewhat spacious, but the drinks and desserts seem to be less competitive than new cafes these days. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't fixed because the silicone that supported it had fallen off.

It felt like businesses that were run with support were not well managed compared to regular businesses.

The Samjin Eomook headquarters right next door is bustling with people, but there are hardly any people flowing into the shopping mall.

There is no dedicated parking lot, and other reviews say you can use the Samjin Eomuk parking lot, but there are no spaces in the Samjin Eomuk parking lot. You must park in the Bongrae Market public parking lot next to it. (Plus, it wasn’t operating today)

I think we need to reorganize the MD or prepare a variety of items.

雖然沒有介紹網站說的那麼多店鋪可以逛，但還是很推薦來釜山玩可以坐公車來這裡停留1~2小時，因為附近也有很多當地小店鋪，可以漫步體驗，很不一樣的旅遊地點（都是當地居民）所以不是觀光景點，很喜歡
