Super friendly staff that speaks English. Very knowledgeable about the specific specs of the bags I was interested in. Nice design and affordable. This being the flagship store, there are certain items that you can not find in any other store = worth visiting.

Truly a must visit Anello store if you're in Osaka. The selection is very impressive, with a focus on a section specially dedicated to Japan Limited Series bags. Prices are very reasonable and you'll see a lot of tourist here. Recommended place!

Located right across Shinsaibashi station and the main strip, the Anello flagship building has a good selection of products. They have a lot of Japan exclusive bags as well as sale items. Staff is friendly and approachable - ask them what other colors there are of the versions on display because they don't put everything there.

I had this store flagged to visit when I finally made it to Osaka. I enjoyed seeing alot of their items in person. It’s hard to buy bags online when you can’t touch them. I bought a cute light blue backpack and I used it for the rest if my trip in Japan and now that I’m back home, its so nice to have a Japanese brand backpack at home that not everyone has! Very functional and cute! I love it! Staff were friendly!
