I had bought last time was Kopi pack of 12 in just 4sgd$ and Shampoo known as Clinic All Clear Rambutan in just 2.5 sgd$. All daily needs in a very cheap and reasonable prices ever found here at AlNusra store at Haig Road

Went to shop at the Haig Road store and came to a lifetime surprise. Cashier was extremely rude and offensive. I purchased several items and requested that some of them be placed under separate bills. I even separated the items to ease the cashier. He simply answered "YAH YAH LATER I DO".

As expected, he calculated everything on one bill. Then I requested again for it to be separated as there are items that do not belong to me but he wasn’t happy. He put the blame on me and said that I didn't inform him earlier, from his POV. I was appalled. He was very offensive with his words and lacked the basic customer service traits.

Avoid this store at all costs when the cashier is this guy. Not much information about this guy, but he sounded foreign to me.

It was a super bad shopping experience with them. They do not send order confirmation to your email or hp. When requested, they sent it to the wrong recipient and refused to send again to the email or hp number making the order. So rude and inefficient. I wrote them like 2emails without reply. Not sure if my order is delivered.
