7.5.24 approx midday. I had the pleasure of visiting Aesop, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing me with expert guidance on their products. I purchased a soap for my frenchie who is quite sensitive but luckily, she didn't react to the soap. I was told if I wasn't satisfied with the product, I could return it. She gave us some samples and sprayed the bag with this lovely fragrance. They offered tea throughout my time there and then walked me out when I was done. Definitely a unique but great experience.

I went with the missus for a poke around for a few Christmas pressies on the 23/12/24 and honestly while it was so busy the whole atmosphere from the staff was so nice and chilled, friendly and professional. I’m not sure if it’s with a C or a K but Carina was so lovely, she made a hectic day just a little bit easier and i had to review the shop to give her credit where credit is due. I’m a sucker for a sample but these weren’t just thrown in the bag, Carina put effort into making sure that they were things I’d use. Big up Carina. The missus says Carina had such an authentic personality and it was a pleasure to be served by her :)

All the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I had been helped by Fiona after walking in and she is just incredible! She was such a great listener, understanding and easy to talk to. Thank you so much for the help today!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a gift for our friends at Aesop, thanks to Oliver. His customer service was absolutely exceptional and truly the best I’ve ever experienced. He was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the visit. While Oliver and another male staff member were actively assisting customers, I did notice that the female staff members(2-3) at the cashier, where there were no customers at the time, seemed more focused on chatting among themselves. It may have just been a moment, but it stood out in contrast to the high level of service we received from Oliver. Big thanks again to Oliver for making our visit so positive and memorable!
