2. Icon Siam
Your trip to Bangkok is not complete without a visit to the newest and the “mother of all malls” in Bangkok — the grand Icon Siam which opened in November 2018. EmQuartier is located just next to Phrom Phong BTS Skytrain Station, making it very easy to reach. Opened in 2015, it’s a very hip and fantastic shopping mall to spend your day shopping. The mall has an impressively cool and earthy design with a gigantic rainforest chandelier (yep, made of real plants!) in the middle, surrounded by staircases. In addition, the facade of the building houses a vertical garden with the highest waterfall in Bangkok called Waterfall Quartier. We love how green and earthy the mall is. So cool!
