It's easy to get lost in the station's labyrinthine structure, but the ample English signage and helpful staff make navigation easier. There are a mind-boggling number of shopping and dining options available. The red brick building and the Tokyo Station Hotel are worth checking out for their architecture.” “As usual, you can depend on Japan train punctuality. The inside was very clean, seat was comfortable with good reclining angle. Wide overhead space to store your belonging. Please be reminded for first timer getting on a Shinkansen, it has its own platform. And, especially for big station like Tokyo Station, moving from your origin station to designated Shinkansen platform can be quite far, so please be mindful on your schedule.”

“We visited the spa during our trip to Tokyo and found the facilities excellent, with amazing views and everything you could need. The service was exceptional; the staff were very friendly and helpful. While I understand Aman products are their signature brand, I personally found their quality lacking. At our hotel, they used POLA brand products in the spa, which were amazing. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin after a single use, a small but very pleasant detail. Perhaps this is simply a matter of personal preference or skin type. Overall, the spa experience was beautiful, and I left feeling extremely relaxed and happy.” “This is one of the best hotels you will ever stay at. I visited Tokyo with my family for the marathon. The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room to a gorgeous suite with a view of the Tokyo skyline from our floor to ceiling windows. The staff here take excellent care of each guest and you feel completely at home. From the small gifts they leave on your pillow each night to placing a bookmark in novels left open, the service here is unmatched. Additionally, the spa facilities and restaurants flow seamlessly into the rest of the hotel with staff remembering your breakfast order, beautiful facilities, and exceptional service. The staff even hand wrote a note wishing me luck on the race with a gift bag of things to help me recover. A truly incredible experience”

The service was top notch, attentive with explanation of each dish in English. I never thought I would enjoy a dessert with mushroom so much. After a long but, not long enough, 2 weeks in Japan; MUSHROOM was the final stop. I ordered the Mushroom tasting menu, obviously! Though, staring at other people's plates, I think every menu option would create a fantastic experience. The restaurant design and decor was subtle and sophisticated. Where one could feel comfortable in a suit and tie or, equally, a nice polo. Our server, too, went above-and-beyond for us; helping to explain any questions and translate any confusions. Each dish was immaculate. The flavors and boldness would ebb and flow with each course such that no bite was overwhelming or tiresome. Perfection in every sense, this restaurant defines Oishii!
