“I have stayed in many hotels in Hatyai but this is the worst thus far. The reception area looks decent but the nightmare starts when you step into the room. The whole room has poor lighting condition and very gloomy The condition of the furnitures are very very old.and unmaintained. The sliding windows are full of dirt and unclean for ages To add on to the awfulness... the bathroom adds more nightmare to the trip. Bathroom Ceiling mouldy..... paint peeling from the door... towel hanger rusty. No ventilation/ exhaust and the whole toilet is a vacuum and aweful stench You can see all the awfulness and how disgusting the surrounding are when using the bathroom. My pictures speaks a thousand words Even if is FREE... I WILL NOT RETURN. DONT EVER STAY HERE as there are many other choices in hatyai” “Worst hotel ever. Not worth to stay even if it is free. It's so rundown. Staff aren't friendly, they show faces to you. Carpark are full with junks stuff. It's not a proper carpark. Rooms are eerie, so old, toilet walls are mouldy. Pillows are super hard. The air cond is old that it's gasping to blow out the cold air. Lights are super dim. It deserve no star rating.”

“We got a huge suite on the topp floor for a very good price but the place were crawling with ants and there were no safe place for your valuebles. And the menu they had for room service weren't correct, many orders were different price or none existing. The shower only had warm water, very warm water, almost too warm to use. But good location, price and beds.” “This property workers play tricks with tourists last day when your doing check out they will show some made up stains on pillow covers or towel land ask to pay 300 for 1 pillow cover 500 for towel this happened with me 3 times and staff simply take the money from many tourists keep it in their pockets. They will not respond when talking at reception this time I have checked all pillow covers and towel before checking out and when I come down they simply showed made up dust stains this will happen only during checkout. “First visit with children. Since I checked the price and operation method in advance, and there are already many reviews about cost and buying socks etc., so I won't mention that. The interior is spacious, cool, and clean. Staff are skilled and friendly. Parents can play with the children or spend a relaxing time sitting in the cafe. One thing I would like to say is that the first time the children visit, they look more tired than expected, so I recommend letting them play for about an hour first. After playing I asked if you would like to visit again, and they said yes, sometimes. :) I recommend a visit krup.” “The trampolining is great. Staff are lovely. Easy to book online. Often great promotions. But please don't have 'No outside drinks and food' signs if you're not going to open your food/ drinks counter during opening times. I've seen it closed many times. Not ok. Kids need regular drinks when they are bouncing! Please have a member of staff on the food counter or change your policy.”

“Came on a Tuesday evening, lots of customers. Walked in as no booking but they managed to sit us in straight away. Fast and efficient service. Food was above average, pad Thai was nice. We also ordered the green Thai curry, which did not taste much of the curry. The crispy chicken basil was tasty but a little too salty for our taste. “This place was wonderful. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, willing to set up motorbike rentals and transfers to other areas. The room was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is great if you have a motorbike - a few good local restaurants within walking distance, and about 2.5 km to downtown on the main road. We have stayed in both bedrooms 1 and 3; BR3 is quiet and comfortable, being on the backside of the building. BR1 is quite loud at times (overlooks main road) when motorbikes and trucks pass at night. The mattress is okay, though the springs can be bothersome. We used this as a sort of hub to do day trips to Ao Nang and Railay, yet stay in a much less touristy area with better food. Overall, we had a great stay here, and I would highly recommend this place.” “Sirin house was very comfortable and convenient for local shops and restaurants. A short ride to the port for trips to the islands and 30 minutes ride to Au Nang beach. The host was lovely, friendly and most helpful regarding booking trips and taxis. We arrived just after midnight and she was there to greet us. I would recommend this place to stay.”

“Fun place for the family. The 3D Art now incorporates AR, and the pictures come to life now. The museum is quite informative, and they do have a cafe that serves simple meals and fresh bakery items. There is a in house illusionist, Black Crystal, and they run show 4 times a day. Pre book your tickets for a confirmed showing. Otherwise, the shows only run if there is a min of 10 customers. Parking is ample” “This was technically my first time attending a magic show in a mini theatre and I thought it was really quite entertaining given the magic performed. Before the magic show started, we got to snap photos at the museum area which offers App enabled AR experience through your very own phone and the photos come to life! Just take note no photography or videography during the magic show! And do check out their collection of old toys ...!”

“The blue pool is located in the same park as the emerald pool. From the entrance, the emerald pool is around a km away. Another aix hundred meters from there and you reach Blue pool. Very easy to access as there is a walkway built the entire path, although it can get tiring as there is some elevation change. You are not allowed to swim in the blue pool due to higher temperatures in the water. ( the safety box has a big hole in the side and the numbered lock is broken. If you simply provide a regular locking system (people can use their own lock and key) it would be so much convenient!) 1 less star for that!” “Good location, the dorms are alright but key cards weren't working properly, don't know if this is a "temporary issue". While most of the staff isn't very profficient en American they are still friendly and helpfull, unfortunatley my impression of the hostel was that it was dirty. In the "superior room" there is a mirror/hanger with knobs consisting of aproximatley 10 cm of protruding metal and is a safety hazard if I have ever seen one. I could probably stay in the dorm again.”
