“Located within walking distance to the Stadhuys, Hard Rock, and Jonker Walk. Rooms are well spaced out, clean, and a large bathroom. Service at the counters and breakfast is good with friendly staff. Breakfast spread is also good with variety to satisfy Western and Asian eaters - but, would have been good to feature more Malaccan local food. An overall excellent hotel for business and family. ?” ““Good experience” I had an amazing staycation at Courtyard! It was exactly the relaxing break I needed without having to travel far. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. The room was beautifully designed, super clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for unwinding. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend Courtyard hotel for anyone looking for a perfect staycation spot. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!”
“Rooms were clean and beds were super soft & comfy. But the aircon not cold enough although we adjusted it to lowest temp. We kept waking up throughout the night cos it was warm. Also we came down at 9am for breakfast buffet and found lots of food hv finished and no replenishment. It's so sad cos I was looking forward to a nice hotel breakfast buffet.” “Cons Hotel not capable of handling big groups. Room keys were given late. Refilling of food was very slow. Food taste was inconsistent. Repeated menu for tea breaks. Banquet equipments were not functioning properly. PA system was very bad. 3 in 1 shower gel was placed at the sink instead of the shower place. Towels were very worn out. No hand/face towels were provided. Pros Hotel room is nice and comfortable. They provide bolster on each bed. Staff were friendly and attentive.”
“I guess good quality meat but just so-so kinda serving; can be improved, though. Although yes, i enjoyed the wagyu. The mashed potato on the side (at least that's what i thought it was), was tasteless, weird-tasting. Lamb was slightly overcooked. Moving on to something unrelated to food but i find necessary to point out would be the doorbell sound which was too loud.” “Wagyu steak sedap, n i love the potato salad. Should come n try.”
“We booked 2 rooms for our Malacca family trip for 3 nights over the Hari Raya long weekend. 1) Family room is really nice! We had the city view. Very impressed. 2) Singles room over looking the sea. No fireworks view. 3) Free shuttle bus to Jonker street area every 2 hours. Need to book at least 15 min in advance. 4) Dove shower products in the toilet 5) Nice infinity swimming pool at level 3. With Foosball table and table tennis table available. 6) There were fireworks all around the area for the 3 nights we were there. So pretty also a little noisy. 8) 15 min walk to the nearby shopping mall area. Need to walk under the flyover as the hotel is across the expressway. There are cinemas there. 9) Breakfast was so so only. Some food items were different. Many tables to sit at. 10) Tried the club lounge. It's a small area. Beers from 6 - 8pm. We didn't get to try. Highly recommend to book the rooms there!” “Fabulous one night stay. The staff are excellent and very professional and friendly while not being over intrusive. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold enough to sleep. Was there for a night when it was not raining and the pool was a wonderful respite to do some laps although it got crowded after sometime when I was there. There is hot water in the shower and the toilet flushes perfectly fine. Lift can be quite slow and the toilet got a little slippery. Otherwise no complaints. free shuttle bus every two hours to the Main Street although I walked back twice as I wanted to do other things. 20 minutes to the central station and I paid 14 MYR at 3:30pm. very affordable. For those looking to redeem an award stay on points, Sunday night is your best option. Will come back again. There was some construction noises around 11am when I came back from the pool on a Monday to my room before checking out but that didn’t bother me too much.”
“This is a very nice town located 2 hours away from Kuala Lumper. It is on the UNESCO Heritage list. The town is small and you can walk around very easily. Nearly all sites here are free entry and do not charge. You can do this village on a day trip without rushing and enjoying your time. But leave early in morning and you have the whole day.” “Nice old Church. Christmas decorations is ready during my visit on 07/12/2024. Free visit daily from 9am to 4pm. Sunday Church service at 8.30am(English) and 11am (Mandarin). Tourists are allowed to go in and stay at the back few row of seats during church service. Using the side door (Souvenir shop) to enter and exit. Go early in the morning to avoid the tourist crowd.”
“This is a pedestrian street filled with shops and street vendors on the right and left. There is a lot to see and choose to eat or drink, or buy souvenirs. Towards the evening it gets very crowded. An exciting and absolutely enriching place filled with a mosaic of different cultures.” “A good place to get the feel of old Malacca, with plenty of local food choices and other shops selling curios and momentoes. The good thing is that almost all shops are run by locals, with foreign workers as helpers. This place gives a much better vibe than Chinatown in KL which is quite fake with most of the stalls run by foreigners.”
“Really enjoy it!!! Not too scary for kids (9-12yo) , so can bring kids along ?. Took a lot of pics n videos. May be some rooms need to be colder or put some smokes for special effects.” “We enjoyed our experience as adults! Themed rooms can be abit creepy and dark. But be assured there’s no jump scares! Very informative if you really read the information board in each room, recommended to go if in Melaka, near Jonker walk area as well. Easily walkable. Tickets are very affordable and worth the price for the experience. Clothes are provided for themed photoshoots too in some of the rooms, but sadly they’re torn ☹️ but still worth going!”
“A very small garden, nothing to do for more than an hour, the aviary is closed, there's monkeys though. There's a Zipline and other extreme stuff for kids. 15 minutes on pink bus 21 from Melaka Sentral bus station.” “This is a great place to be with nature. It is usually not very packed with tourists so you can leisurely take your time to enjoy the greenery. There are various attractions nearby the botanical garden which means you can easily spend a few hours here.”
“Booked for a family suite. Located on the last floor. Room is double storey. First floor has a huge L-Shaped sofa, TV with Netflix/YouTube, king sized bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, kettle, iron+board, balcony facing the main road, toilet with bidet and 2-pax jacuzzi. Upper floor is equipped with 2 single beds, 3 seater sofa and TV with Netflix/YouTube, toilet with bidet and rain shower. Staffs were friendly during our stay. Staffs gave good recommendation of halal food options. Main lobby waiting area has lounge and toilets. There is filtered water dispensers outside our room. Able to see the sea from a distance. Stayed during the weekdays no issue with noise. 70% Chinese F&B around the area. Parking is available infront of the hotel itself. Hotel is in between OCBC bank and 7-11. Very close to jonker walk(10mins drive) and klebang beach(10mins drive).” “Family trip for stayed 1 night. Stayed in a deluxe triple room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed for me hubby and 2 teenager. So, requested for 1 extra bath towel but reception said the room is for 3 pax so only 3 bath towel. Directly said "No" and don't even provide a solution like extra charges for extra bath towel... instead... just "No". This poor service need to be improved. Room and the toilet considered small. Black and dark brown theme. Lighting surely no good for makeup. Among the same road this is consider a newly 3 star hitel, but no well maintain as the room is geeting old and the chair in the room also koyak. Check in and check out process considered fast.”
“Check in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. While the hotel's amenities might reflect its history, my room was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a modern and trendy hotel, this might not be the place for you. However, if you appreciate a well maintained, old skool atmosphere, I recommend this hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.” “Enjoyed my whole vacation, thanks to the one and only Mr Kiran. His customer service made our experience phenomenal, rooms were clean and tidy. He was very attentive to our needs as well when we needed more towels, came swiftly as ever.”
“Very clean, and even for a single bed the room is quite spacious. Location wise it's good and convenient. There is 7 eleven right across the road. Breakfast is okay, options are limited but sufficient.” “Spacious, clean and comfy rooms. Convenience as it is in melacca city center, travel to anywhere would takes only 5-10mins. Plenty of free parking available ?? toiletries provided too! However there’s no fridge given in the room. Staffs are attentive all the time?? recommended!”
