The man at the door did not let us in and started asking us what country we were from and what we wanted to buy. It was very unpleasant. After a few minutes of unpleasant communication still he let us in, the residue remained so strong that I left after a minute without making a purchase. Immediately after me a man came in without any problems. What is the reason for the selective approach to customers I do not understand, zashchali in the neighboring Celine and bought a strap without problems, with a smile and pleasant service. I do not recommend this store, the impression from the visit is extremely negative”

“I recently visited a restaurant near Surfers Paradise Beach, and while the food was fantastic, the service could use some improvement. I requested a sit-down table, and even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy, they informed me they were saving those tables for parties of two. Since I was dining alone, it was a bit confusing how that would make much of a difference. That said, the location is excellent, and the food was really enjoyable. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the flavors were spot-on. It’s a great spot for a meal near the beach, but I feel the service could be more accommodating, especially when the restaurant isn’t full. Overall, I’d recommend it for the food and location, but there's room for improvement on the service side.” “OMG the pasta was so delicious with juicy fresh prawns and calamari. The pizzas were authentic and so tasty!! The service was outstanding. The wait staff were attentive, food and drinks came out fast which we appreciated as we were hungry! We had originally waited for a table at another Italian restaurant around the corner but we seemed invisible, ignored and gentleman at front of house rolled his eyes when seating others. We are so glad we chose to go to I love Italy instead! Highly recommend!! ? ❤️?? Went back two nights later for more!! “Visiting this store was a very unpleasant experience! They purposely keep a long line of people in front and we had to wait for 2 hours to get in, while we could see staff members scrolling on their phones, the cleaning personnel going around dusting and only a very few customers inside the store browsing. They also had a very limited selection of items and sizes and the prices pretty much match what you find in other YSL locations. The staff was not polite or service-oriented. As a regular YSL customer, I was beyond disappointed with the experience. This place does not live up to the standard of the brand.” “I had an incredibly disappointing experience at YSL today. I was prepared to make multiple purchases after waiting in line for 30 minutes, but was completely ignored by 4–5 employees who walked past me—even when I clearly flagged for help. When I finally made it to the checkout, two women came to the register and proceeded to type on their computers for five minutes without acknowledging me or saying a single word. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. After standing there feeling completely disrespected, I gave up, returned the items, and walked out. For a luxury brand, this kind of service is unacceptable. Do better. Edit: after YSL went to Versace a few doors down and they were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Spent all the money that was intended for YSL at Versace. Highly recommend this Versace!”

“It was lovely, hotel workers were friendly and helpful and it's a good place to stay if you are a vegetarian as the variety of vegetarian and vegan meals at lunchtime is really good and very very tasty. Vegetarian breakfast could be more but you won't starve, there will definitely be something there for you to eat. Dinner is not included which is a boomer, but overall it was a really great and nice experience. I would definitely go there again.” “My feelings about this place are very mixed, and it's kind of hard to rate and review. It's sort of a once-nice hotel that's well past its prime but still has respectable areas. The restaurant, for example, is consistently very good...that's breakfast and supper, we did both. Nice buffet with impressive variety. Service is mostly excellent, sometimes just good. But then you get into the rooms! Very outdated, like 80s or something -- except the bathrooms, which are nicely renovated. Rooms are quite, quite small, floor had a large stain underneath one of the tables, and first night there was hair in bed, though the rest of the nights cleanliness was good. Like I said, mixed feelings...the place is a perpetual contradiction. I'm gonna go ahead and give it four star but just be aware before you book that it isn't Holiday Inn's star location.”
