Savoureux may have only opened its doors to the public in late-June, yet they have already gained almost 2k followers! Located in Jalan Besar, Savoureux is manned by Hisyam and Chef Azlie, who bonded together over their love of food ?

Here's a fun fact about Chef Azlie, the mastermind behind the delectable menu of Savoureux: He has had the opportunity to work with 2 Michelin-Starred Chef Jean-Francois Piege and executive chef of 1-Altitude, Christopher James Millar! So you can be promised a classy affair when you dine in at Savoureux ?

On to the menu! Start off with their French Onion Soup, a classic French dish. Warm, cosy, and flavourful, this French onion soup is prepared with beef stock and caramelized onions, with the whole bowl covered in gooey melty cheese on top. One thing that makes Savoureux's version stand out is that they've added tender beef slices to the mix to suit to local palates! Still as flavourful and comfortable anyway ?

If you're feeling peckish, don't leave without having Savoureux's take on Salmon Chirashi. It's a simple traditional Japanese dish primarily of salmon and rice, but its flavours are simply luxurious: sweet, sour, salty, spicy, crunchy, silky - it's umamilicious and satisfying art in a bowl! ?

Another item you should consider ordering is their juicy Beef Burger. Wagyu beef patty is cooked to medium-rare perfection for that moist flavours. Seared foie gras is added  beautifully over the top of the beef for an intense burst of umami ?
