A couple of weeks back we covered the great news that Muslim-friendly meals are now available at Red Lobster, Universal Studios Japan in Osaka.

But if that's not enough, there's now even more exciting news. Red Lobster is now offering the same Muslim-friendly meal options at their outlet at Tokyo Disney Resort! ?

The outlet in question is Red Lobster's Maihama store which is located Ikspiari (the shopping mall at Tokyo Disney Resort that’s located between Maihama Station and the Disney Ambassador Hotel)!

Similar to the menu offered at Universal Studios Japan, customers can choose from a Muslim-friendly menu with 3 items - the Beef Bowl (1,080 yen), the Butter Chicken Curry (1,280 yen) or the Vegetable Penne (1,280 yen).

Red Lobster uses ingredients sourced from halal-certified suppliers for its Muslim-friendly menu. While the kitchen is not exclusively used only for halal food, they use separate kitchenware exclusively for the halal menu items. Do note that dining utensils are shared for customers consuming both halal and non-halal meals but you can request for disposable utensils.

With this option now available, you won't have to worry about packing food or where you'll eat while having fun at Disneyland or Disney Sea! It's heartening to see how Red Lobster is expanding its Muslim-friendly menu to more outlets, especially in Tokyo Disneyland where it's generally been a bit harder to find halal food options!

Halal status: Muslim-friendly menu available. All ingredients in Muslim-friendly menu are from halal-certified suppliers and although it’s prepared in the same kitchen as non-halal meals, separate kitchenware is used to prepare the meals. Do note that dining utensils are the same as non-halal meals but you can request for disposable utensils.
