Ramadhan Bazaars In Malaysia Are Set To Return This Year

We're only a few weeks away till Ramadan! If there's one thing Malaysians miss most is the bustling atmosphere of Ramadan bazaars. While the pandemic has changed the way we celebrate the holy month last year, here's a glimmer of hope that better days are on its way!

On 16 March 2021, Malaysia's National Security Council has announced that Ramadan and Aidilfitri bazaars are allowed to operate nationwide under strict SOP and guidelines. The operation hours for Ramadhan bazaars starts from 3PM until 8PM whereas Aidilfitri bazaars can operate from 10AM until 12AM.

Besides that, terawih prayers in Malaysia are also allowed in congregation at the mosque and surau under strict SOP and guidelines.
