Crabs for iftar? Well, we promised a treat! ? Dig into their Crab Lemak Nenas. Indonesian mud crabs (which are by the way Singapore’s favourite crabs ever!) are cooked in rich, spicy coconut gravy with generous slices of pineapples which further elevates the already sweet, succulent taste of the crab meats. It’s truly an aromatic and decadent dish, and if you pair it up with a fragrant plate of rice, you’ll want to savour every sip of it.
