Review for Swissôtel The Stamford, Singapore I recently stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—connected to City Hall MRT and Raffles City, and within walking distance of Marina Bay, Clarke Quay, and many attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and professional throughout. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning views of the city and Marina Bay Sands. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine and ambient lighting. The service truly stood out. I had an issue with my luggage breaking just before my departure, and the hotel kindly replaced it that evening. A big thank you to Naga for handling everything so quickly and professionally. I also want to highlight Sophia Yan at the restaurant—she was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Dining at SKAI was a highlight, with breathtaking views and delicious food. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with both international and local options. Although I didn’t use the gym or pool, the comfort, care, and overall service made my stay truly memorable. I’d gladly stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

The hotel were very accommodating with our three young children. The hotel caters for children well with the inclusion of free buffet breakfast with paying adults. The hotel rooms were a great size and the views - oh my! All requests were met immediately and staff were beyond friendly. The hotel is situated within walking distance of most attractions, above a food hall with plenty of food options and next to a shopping mall. Very quiet hotel given how busy it and its surrounds were. We’d 100% stay again - thank you for a lovely stay!

My stay was great from start to finish. The rooms are very good, with a great view and very spacious e clean for a reasonable price. Also, the desk fits week to work in the room comfortably for few hours. The hotel is connected to a shopping centre that has everything you need, and it’s very well located. There are two breakfast options for guests, one of them (Clove) was quite busy, but the buffet was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I’m in Singapore.

Generally, it was a good stay. Very convenient. I would rate higher if only parking space were available. We wanted to opt for valet parking, however, it was full. In the end, we have to pay over $100 just to park at Raffles City throughout the duration of our stay. Need to look into this aspect.
