Serene, blissful place of worship. The Mosque was massive, it was out of my imagination. This was definitely not in my places to visit, happened to see the tower at a distance and requested the cab driver to take me to this place. Thank God I didn’t miss this. You should be there in person to appreciate the architecture and the grandeur. Definitely a must place to visit. Have some calm time in a corner and enjoy the bliss.

Check out the Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque in Batam, Indonesia. It's got a cool mix of Malay and Arab styles, kind of like a combo of different cultures. People also call it Grand Mosque II. When you walk into the courtyard, you'll notice these big umbrella things that look like the ones at the Nabawi Mosque. There are eight of them, all standing tall side by side. It's a pretty neat sight to see!

This is the most biggest mosque at Batam currently.. very spacious, clean and modern architecture. I'm felling very lucky to visit this gorgeous mosque Sultan Mahmud Ri'ayat Shah and have pray. Masya Allah... mandatory place while visit Batam...

???????? Alhamdulillah, A must-visit to all muslim tourists to Kota Batam. Hopefully this big masjid would be properly maintained by the local authority. Additional activities could probably be carried out: - local guides to respond to guests, - souvenir shops, small arcades to boost local small businesses, - dust bins in and out of the hall.

Very clean and beautiful mosque here in Batam.. got one friendly staff (Pak Agus) assist us take pictures and show us over all the mosque.. worth the visit here.. A place must stop by to pray I can say..☺️??
