I had a wonderful stay at Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan! The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and convenience, with spacious and well-maintained rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the rooftop. The pool area was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Went in October. Quiet area, with decent views. Asked for a quiet room after reading other reviews and they did try- we got a room at the far end of the corridor. Unfortunately the guests staying right opposite us were VERY loud and we could still hear them through the thin walls:( Room is big! Please bring your own shampoo and soap if you are fussy- hotel only provides a 2-in-1 from a dispenser on the wall. Other than that we also only got toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds. Towels and bedlinen were a little dirty but sort of usable I guess. Breakfast spread was great but honestly the person who cooks vegetables might want to change up the recipe a little! There were breads, cereal, rice, noodles, porridge, nasi lemak, indomie (!!), pancakes and waffles (delicious), salad and fruit bar, egg station. Special thanks to Adi who picked us up from the terminal and constantly checked to ensure we were okay throughout our stay.

One of the good hotels here in Lagoi,bintan. For location is quite strategicly good,near a plaza and has good views next to a beach.There are kinds of service located here like room service,spa etc.There are also rooms to wait like for kids and etc. For the room is nice,its quite big and clean,for the price is worth it. One of the nice places for a mid price.

I stayed at Grand Lagoi Bintan Hotel for 1 night 10-11 May 2025. Large hotel, modern n nice decor. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Rooms are big and comfortable. But walls are quite thin - can hear ppl moving furniture upstairs and talking outside. No convenience store in hotel but walk behind e hotel and u can find some shops n a bazaar for foods. Buffet breakfast was good but wish e foods were hot and not just warm. There’s complimentary shuttle bus to n from e Ferry terminal. Overall I’d say it’s a very good hotel especially the staffs are 5 star indeed!!

The Deluxe Room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a sleek bathroom. The balcony offered a lovely view, perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee in the morning. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Bebek Goreng (crispy fried duck) at the hotel’s restaurant—it was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor! The dining experience was excellent, with friendly staff and a cozy ambiance. The hotel’s facilities were great—I enjoyed the pool, gym, and serene surroundings. The location was convenient, close to Lagoi Bay’s attractions while still being peaceful. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff—always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Bintan, Grand Lagoi Hotel is a fantastic choice—great rooms, amazing food (don’t miss the duck!), and top-notch service. 10/10 experience, and I’d gladly return!
