Very great place to stay. You really feel at home. The staff is also always at your service and super friendly. Overall we had a great experience staying at this hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel. I also want to give a big thank's to Selvam. He Really is a very friendly and helpful member too. He was the one who checked us in and really made us feel welcome.

Have just returned from my stay at the Furama Riverfront. I was treated with friendliness and professional compotence from the moment I entered the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. I applaud their conservation efforts. The restaurant was good and economical. The pool was clean and not too crowded. I found it a little far from attractions but otherwise a perfect stay.

Stayed here for 12 nights as my base while i explored Singapore. Great central location walking distance to Havelock MRT and bus stops dotted around the hotel so access and transport were excellent. About 40 mins from Changi at a cost of around SGD 40 with a metered Taxi. It is right opposite the considerably more expensive Holiday Inn Atrium. Hotel itself is an eyesore and internally it's not much better. Rooms are tired and the whole hotel is in need of a huge moderisation programme. However, what set's it apart is the amazing staff. Had a wonderful stay because of that. Everyone so welcoming and helpful (Sara and Iskander in Lounge, Hershiel in lobby). Swimming pool was really nice albeit not glam. Breakfast was simply superb with a great variety of western, Asian and continental options. There is a really handy 7-11 at the bottom of the hotel - small but has enough for all te little things you need. Overall it was great value for money and we had a great stay!

Overall, the facilities are great. Rooms are clean and cute (ours is a tropical room). Services are highly satisfactory. Liza accommodates as warmly, and offered exemplary service. Thanks also to our friendly room cleaner, Cindy. We had a great stay. Til our next!

The hotel service was impeccable. I had an overnight stay and had to leave for the airport the next day. My check-in was seamless and the bellboys were very very helpful in taking care of my luggage, and giving me convenient options that helped me reach the airport stress free. Everything was great! However, it was a little difficult to find the hotel.
