Kindness at CGH I recently visited Changi General Hospital at Lung Clinic for a follow-up and to request a copy of the referral letter originally issued by the polyclinic. I was assisted by Ms. Ramizah Binte Jamaluddin at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, prompt, and respectful throughout the process. Her professionalism and courteous demeanor made the experience very smooth and pleasant. A few minutes later, I witnessed an elderly couple arrive at the clinic, only to be informed that the doctor was on leave. Understandably, the lady was initially upset, but I was truly impressed by how calmly and compassionately Ms. Ramizah handled the situation. With a warm smile and composed explanation, she managed to ease their concerns and turn a potentially stressful moment into a positive one. Kudos to Ms. Ramizah and others like her—generous, kind-hearted individuals who serve the public with such grace and empathy. Their presence truly makes a difference.

I had my MRI scan done today at 5pm in Room 19. I am very impressed with the staff from the registration, the staff who assist me to change into the gown and all the staff in room 19. All the them explained to me the procedure well and with cheery and friendly attitude and really make me so comfortable. Thank you Keep up the good work
